Patron Saint

St. Peter the Apostle is the patron saint of the St. Peter the Apostle Parish Church in Mulanay, Quezon, and the patron saint of the entire town. The parish was erected in 1835 under the protection of St. Peter the Apostle, making him the titular saint of this historic coral stone church.

St. Peter (also known as Simon Peter) was one of the first 12 apostles of Jesus Christ and is considered the rock upon which Christ built His Church.
